We signed a global partnership with ITSMA earlier in the year with the goal of driving ABM best practice and to that end, we’re extremely excited to have ITSMA run a series of Agent3 team training sessions .
At Agent3, we challenge ourselves and each other, not just because it’s one of our company’s core values but because, frankly, we can’t help it. We’re curious people who know that our best work happens when we ask questions, push ourselves out of our depth, and learn new things.
I wouldn’t typically use these sorts of sweeping “we” statements; who am I to speak for everyone? Especially when this place is bursting at the seams with personalities, not a single one the same as another. I head up HR for the team. To me, this means understanding our people and how best to support them.
From where I’m sitting, I see my colleagues pushing each other’s ideas that extra step further on a day-to-day basis and testing their own abilities in new ways, time and time again. So, yes, I find myself comfortably saying that “we” do not tend to shy away from a good challenge. To that end, we seek out opportunities to learn whenever and wherever we can, but it’s important that we also set aside time specifically dedicated to our development.

We’ve long worked with the ITSMA and have many common customers and to ensure every Agent3 team member understands the very latest ABM thinking and best practice, members of ITSMA’s global ABM practice – Bev Burgess and Louise Jefferson – are working with us.
“You never stop learning about ABM”, explains Bev Burgess, “it is constantly evolving and these sessions enable us not only to share research data and examples of how we see ABM currently, but also – and just as importantly – listen to observations and ideas from those executing programs at Agent3”.
“Working in partnership with Agent3, on priority topics such as how to measure and report ABM impact, we can add greater value to ITSMA’s members”, adds Louise Jefferson, “and, ultimately, to Agent3’s clients and the wider ABM community”.
We’re thrilled about the opportunity to learn from these true industry experts, ready to take note and be challenged. I for one, am really looking forward to seeing what my colleagues do differently as a result.
